The Business Vision

The Team Model

We’re a team of 6-7 people, each with different expertise — security, contracts, marketing, operations, development — using the agent system to build small apps that solve real problems, accumulate passive income, distill our expertise into the system, and scale up to bigger products once the tools and processes mature.

“For the next six months, there’ll be a business in just pumping apps out for small problems that people wouldn’t pay $50k for. Build up heaps of those, get passive income. Then maybe go the next step up after that.” — Luke

Why We Don’t Sell the Platform

The agent system is our competitive advantage, not our product. Everyone else is using ChatGPT, Copilot, and random tools stitched together. We have a unified system where everything compounds.

“It’s like owning a combustion engine in the horse race. You don’t wanna sell that to your competitors. You wanna rent them.” — Josh

We use it to build faster, learn faster, and ship faster than teams ten times our size. The platform is the engine, not the car we’re selling.

Quality Over Cheap

The strategy only works if the tools are good. Cheap research produces bad plans. Bad plans produce apps nobody uses. Invest in good tools, get better output, compound the advantage.

“Spend a bit of money to get the best quality, and then it will make the overall process better than losing time because we’ve just done everything like cheap research, cheap planning, shit apps.” — Tristan

Personal Projects Welcome

Everyone should feel comfortable using the system for personal projects too. Privacy controls are being worked out so your personal stuff stays private, but if you innovate something that could be a product, you can bring it across.

What Success Looks Like

In two months, if someone asks how to migrate work into the system, the answer should be: why did you start outside?
