The Question

Everyone should feel comfortable using the system for personal projects. But right now, the boundary between personal and shared work isn’t well defined. We need to figure out the right model.

Options on the Table

Separate logins — personal account vs team account. Clean separation but friction to switch.

Visibility settings — per-project toggle: private (only you), team (shared), community (open to all). Flexible but more UI and more edge cases.

Workspace isolation — personal workspace with a hard boundary, team workspace for shared work. Like having two separate instances that happen to share the same login.

What We Need Input On

• Which model fits how people actually want to work?
• Is there a simpler approach we’re missing?
• How do personal projects that become products transition to shared?
