What Exists
The platform can take someone from idea to clickable app preview in minutes. The current members can ship. The shared brain compounds knowledge. The product story is genuinely differentiated.
What doesn’t exist: any structured approach to reaching the people who would benefit from it.
CollectHive opening to the community is months away. But the groundwork for reaching that audience needs to start now, not when the door opens. By the time we’re ready to onboard community members, someone needs to have figured out where they are, what resonates with them, and how to reach them without burning budget on channels that don’t work.
What We’d Love Help With
Audience definition. “Non-technical founders” is a category, not an audience. Who specifically? Where do they spend time? What language do they use to describe their problem? What have they already tried?
Channel strategy. Content, SEO, communities, social, partnerships — these all get suggested. None of them have been tested. Someone needs to form hypotheses, run experiments, and build a picture of what actually moves the needle for this audience.
The brand presence. The site exists. The story is there. But there’s no consistent voice or presence in the places where potential members are. That needs building.
Launch preparation. When CollectHive opens to the community, it shouldn’t be a quiet launch. Someone should own the plan for that moment — who gets told, through what channels, with what message.
Feedback loops. Marketing and product aren’t separate. What people respond to (or don’t) tells us something about positioning, which tells us something about the product. Someone who sees these as connected is more useful than someone who just runs campaigns.
If This Sounds Like You
There’s no existing strategy to work inside — everything here gets built from scratch. If you think about growth and audiences and want to be part of a product that has a genuinely different story to tell, we’d love to have you involved. You’d be using the platform directly, which means you’d understand it from the inside.
